From March 2020-2024, Thu hand-painted over 500 large posters for protests across the United States and the world. Initially, Thu gave posters for free to all teachers, who like myself, were scrambling to create and decorate new online classrooms. Some people requested to pay Thu for her work. After raising more than $10,000, proceeds from posters sales went to local BIPOC non-profits.
